Each day we get a chance to be an asshole or a decent person. It's our choice. I believe in a simple mantra... All choice is based in love or fear. It hasn't failed me. Test it. Tell me if there isn't elegance in this sort of simplicity. Because whether it is self-love instead of self-loathing or fear of some sort of self harbored shame or guilt or whatever versus love for another instead of disdain; any action or choice in any given situation will always be one of love or fear. You have a choice.
